Property info

Ty Capel - Chapel House is a detached property in the middle of Y For (Fourcrosses). It has its own secure parking for us to 3 vehicles. It is easily accesable by by road from all areas and is centrally located. Pwllheli - 5 mins , Nefyn- 10 mins, Criccieth- 10 mins , Abersoch- 15 mins. The property has a lovely cosy lounge , 3 double bedrooms , one en suite and the other two sharing a shower room. It is ideal for contractors or bussiness travelling in to the area. Has its own seperate laundry room with washibng machine and tumble dryer.

Neighborhood info

Y Ffor is a tiny village based around a crossroads. It has a smal well stocked shop and off license, an Esso petrol station, again well stocked with groceries. 5 mins by car and you are in the town of Pwllheli, boasting a good variety of shops including a Spar, Asda, Lidl , Home bargains and b&M. Has numerous pubs and take aways.
