Lets Host For You is a friendly family run holiday rental and management service based in Margate. Our properties are spread across Thanet and East Kent. Being local means our knowledge of the area is excellent. We are happy to offer advice on where to eat, beaches to visit and great tourist attractions. We aim to provide you with a real home away from home experience and ensure your stay will be relaxing and one to remember. We provide an in-depth digital guidebook you can access from your phone whilst you're out and about. It includes places to eat/drink, activities to do, sights to see and information about the property.

This bright and spacious 2 bedroom, sleeps 4 maisonette is set over 2 floors and is in a fantastic location, directly in the heart of the historic town of Broadstairs.  The home is perfect for visiting families or couples who are looking for a break by the sea. This recently refurbished and stylishly furnished upper maisonette is centrally located in seaside town of Broadstairs. The maisonette is laid out over a two of floors. On the first floor you will find the kitchen, with cooker, microwave, washing machine as well as kitchen utensils. There is also a dining area for 4. The kitchen leads to the lounge area, with two good sized comfy sofas, modern lighting, feature fireplace and smart tv. The bathroom with new (Nov 2022) shower cubicle and wash hand basin is also on this floor. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. Upstairs on the second floor you will find two bright and spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two singles. Each has storage / hanging space.

Neighborhood info

Close by you and on your doorstep you will find an array of quality restaurants, ice-cream parlour's, coffee shops, bars/pubs, and bespoke & high street shops. Also with-in a short 5 minute walk is the beautiful sandy beach at Viking Bay, harbour and promenade.  Broadstairs train station is just across the road, so really ideal if you want to leave your car at home,.  The high speed train stops at the station and the journey from London is only 1 hour 20 minutes.   You can also explore the local seaside towns of Ramsgate and Margate; both are  approx a 10 minute drive or can be reached by the regular bus service or train.
