FIRST RECEPTION ROOM Through the front door to a large entrance hall. On the right-hand side is the playroom, with a table tennis table- which can also become a pool table- a piano in the bay window, a large corner sofa and a television mounted on the walls. The television has Sky and is Netflix enabled. There is also a fireplace, with bookcases either side. LIVING ROOM Next door, the bright living room had 2 large velvet sofas and a coffee table, which surrounds the fireplace. There is also a television in the corner of the room- which is again Sky & Netflix enabled. On the far side, there is an armchair with bookcase, with French doors that lead out to the extensive garden beyond. WC There is a downstairs WC and sink for convenience KITCHEN At the back of the house, is the spacious kitchen, with all the amenities you will need during your stay- including, of course, a wine fridge! There is also a small breakfast bar with barstools. DINING AREA In the conservatory at the back, there is the wooden dining table with chairs to seat 8 guests. This overlooks the garden and there are French doors for access. UTILITY ROOM In a cupboard in the kitchen, is the washing machine and tumble dryer, for convenience. GARDEN The large garden has a lawn area, paving and a terrace at the rear. There is outdoor seating- perfect for al fresco dining. BATHROOM Upstairs on the first floor, is the main bathroom, with a bat... Home Truths: No smoking, pets or parties! Two friendly house cats live here. You're welcome to look after them but we can also arrange someone to take care of them. Although every property is cleaned to a Veeve standard, please note this property may not be the best fit for those with allergies. Off street parking can be made available on request.
