Property info

Vion Service Apartment - King Suites is a modern, recently renovated property with individual studio apartments. The property is very spacious benefiting from a high ceiling and contemporary finishings. Each studio apartment has an ensuite toilet and shower, a kitchen area equipped with cooking utensils, cutleries, a microwave, an under-counter fridge freezer alongside a cooking hub and oven. Studio 6 and 7 offer a separate kitchen area which is shared between them. There is a sitting area with a smart TV and a free complimentary internet connection in each studio flat. Studio apartment 1 offers a twin single bed and two wardrobes while the rest of the studio flats all have a single double bed with a single wardrobe. All have ironing facilities provided. This property is located on King Street, a few minutes' walk to the University of Aberdeen campus. There is a bus stop in front of the property and food take away across the road. There is FREE on-street parking available at Seaton Drive(access via School Road)
