Location is great. We parked on Station Rd, which is a Cumbria Disc parking free for 2 hours, but you can park from 6pm-8am anyway. Our room faced the river, so great views. The cafe / bar is really nice, with great coffee. If we visit Keswick again, we will go there to eat too. It's opposite the cricket club, the play park and large open fields , so easily accessible for kids. The staff were very friendly. Kitchen was immaculate although we never used it. We've stayed in quite alot of YH in the Lakes and this is definitely the nicest one. A pool table would be a great bonus for teenagers. We will return.

Surrounded by lovely greenery in the heart of vibrant Keswick centre, YHA Keswick is just a 10-minute walk from Lake Derwentwater. It features a restaurant and self-catering kitchen.

YHA Keswick is set within a picturesque house on the banks of the River Greta. Keswick’s unique shops and restaurants are all within 15 minutes’ walk. Guests can rent a boat on Derwentwater, or enjoy a walk up Skiddaw Mountain, 10 minutes’ drive away.

Guests can make use of the self-catering kitchen and dining room at YHA Keswick. A small shop is also available for guests.

Wi-Fi access is available, along with luggage storage. The majority of rooms contain bunk beds.

    If you book a private room then only yourself and fellow members of your party (approved by you) will have access to that room.

    Yes we have a guest kitchen fully equipped with pots,pans and crockery. Plenty of fridge space but no freezer.

    Yes it is a Private Room with shared toilet and shower facilities. We do also offer en-suite rooms as an alternative option.
