Great located in Shekvetili (Village Kaproveni) in the Guria region, about 300M to magnetic sandy beach. House includes new Furniture, an equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, electric tea pot. The air-conditioners in each room. Guests benefit: free Wi-Fi and private car parking available on site. The villa includes 5 bedrooms, a living room, and 2 bathrooms with a shower, terraces and balconies. House is 260sqm with 200sqm green yard in Village Caprovani, Guria, about 300M to magnetic sandy beach. On the first floor are located 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, kitchen and living area with fireplace. Guests can enjoy morning coffee or gather around the table for dinner after a tiring day of sunbathing :). Staircases will take you to the second floor, where are located 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower and big Terrace (65sqm) where you can enjoy sunrise with a glass of red wine :).
