a new luxury apartment and building located in the very heart of the city. It is within walking distance of Old Town, many local attractions including Rustaveli Theatre, the State Opera House, the Georgian National Museum, gardens and attractions .a spacious well-planned designed studio, The flat has a big balcony perfect for breakfast overlooking the mountains on the right, the river and Sameba church on the left and the parliament, The space is perfect for couples, solo or business travelers.
Located at the very heart off the city beside the parliament building 🇬🇪and 300m from the Opera and Ballet Theatre and 500m from the the Freedom square Metro station , and 600m from the Liberty square, and 50m from the Modern art museum and 1.2k from the Presidential Palace and all the rest of the city attractions
