2 bedroom Town House with 2 en-suite situated upstairs and a downstairs cloakroom. The house is equipped with AC in each bedroom and the Lounge. Electricity in the Gambia is cash power based. This means that you top up the electric meter for your own personal use. When renting for a week I will make sure the electric is loaded with 150 Dalasi upon your arrival. If the amount is used up during your stay you will have to refill it. The property has a Back-up generator which will come in handy when Nawec the electric supply cuts out. Only certain appliances can be used during this time and a Water pressure machine. Kitchen consists of all your everyday needs, gas cooker (gas bottle provided), fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, pots etc, plates, crockery. Master Bedroom consist of double bed, single bed. Safe box provided. Second bedroom consist of double bed. Both rooms have; 2 door wardrobe, one 4 drawer chester drawers, towel holder, bedside cabinets. Bed linen. Towels provided upon request. All windows have mosquito nets. Roof Terrace where you can sunbath. 2 Sun loungers provided. Lounge consist of TV, DVD player, satellite TV, Corner sofa, 4 seater dining table. Newly decorated 2023.
I am based in the UK but a regular visitor to the Gambia. I have been visiting Gambia for many years now and I have enjoyed every visit. I consider it to be my second home. It keeps pulling me back. You will see for yourself when you visit the smiling coast of Gambia.
Quiet and friendly neighbours. Safe neighbourhood. Property is across the road from the 5 star Labranda Coral Beach Resort facilities formerly known as Sheraton Hotel, which is currently not in use. Less than a 10 minute drive from; Turntable junction, main shops, restaurants, pharmacy and medical centre. Nawec Office is located at the Turntable to top up your electric. You would need to bring the meter number with you. Possible to see the sea from the roof terrace. Fantastic transportation links. Local taxi & buses run regularly. Walking distance from the beach. 25 mins drive from Banjul international airport dependant on traffic. A taxi can be provided for you upon request to collect you from and to take you to the airport at an additional cost.
