Nestled on the Pointe du Helleux, Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you this flat to spend a stay with your feet in the water! Between beaches, swimming pools, and heavenly surroundings, we promise you an unforgettable stay! This 28 m² studio is composed of a living room with a sleeping area that can accommodate 3 people, a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower room, as well as a balcony with a breathtaking view of the gardens and the sea! Sheets and towels are provided, so all you have to do is put your bags down. See you soon! The accommodation Located on the first floor of the residence, the studio has the following layout - Living room with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a heater, TV. - Logia equipped with a kitchenette: dishwasher, hotplates, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, dining table for 4 guests. You can cook and enjoy a good meal while contemplating the sea and the gardens! - Bathroom with shower and toilet. Common areas of the residence - Swimming pool 1: 700 m² heated pool with 50 m² paddling pool for children. - Swimming pool 2: heated pool of 150 m² on the heights of the residence. The pools are closed from 30 August to 8 October. Other remarks - Secure public parking. - The accommodation is fully air-conditioned. - Free Wi-Fi available. - Sheets and towels are provided. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

The area The studio is located in the Holiday Village, where you can enjoy 2 white-sand beaches, 3 restaurants, 1 souvenir store with a mini-market (basic necessities), all set in 3 hectares of well-kept parkland.
