This beautiful new villa is located close to Sani and Kassandria, yet away from the touristic areas. It provides all comforts for a family and accommodates up to 4 people. It has two bedrooms, with double beds, ceiling fans and big wardrobes. The living room is big with a modern sofa and a fireplace. There is a large beautiful terrace attached to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances as well as a dishwasher and a nespresso coffee machine, and can be used for everyday cooking. The large grass garden area in front (1000 sq. m.) has a fence that offers privacy, ideal for kids playground, and a perfect place to enjoy your breakfast and your evening tea or wine. The garden is shared with a maisonette above. There is also a large wooden dining table serving easily 12 people, sun-chairs and a quite big BBQ. Next to the garden by the main entrance, two parking spots are available, making the everyday loading/unloading of the car more comfortable.

The nearest beach can be reached in less than 5 minutes driving. Some great beach bars are located in the proximity of the villa where you can enjoy your everyday swim, coffee or drinks, while your children can play around. Nevertheless, the location of the villa is such as it could offer a convenient base for day trips, max duration of 15-20 min driving, visiting various beaches of the peninsula, famous for its blue-green crystal water. In addition, the near-by Sani Resort (approx. 15 mins drive) offers an exciting cosmopolitan environment, guaranteed to satisfy the finest of tastes, with chic boutiques and sophisticated dining and nightlife. The home has an amazing view of Kassandria, a hub town on the first peninsula or “leg” (as we call it) of Chalkidiki. It is thus an ideal place for your summer vacation and very family friendly. The nearby towns of Athitos and Kallithea (approx. 15 mins drive) also offer a variety of restaurants, gyros places, big supermarkets, banks and numerous shops. There is a small hospital in Kassandria, only 5 min away. Wifi internet is available.

Further, Kassandria can be reached by public bus from the cities of Thessaloniki or Kavala, both of which host international airports and frequent bus lines. Things to do: a) Visit the ancient town of Mendi next to Kallandra, where Poseidon was worshiped from the 12th century BC to the 2nd century BC; b) Discover the native land and ancient monument of Aristotle, the Greek philosopher and polymath in Stagira-Akanthos municipality; c) Take a 3-hour sea cruise to the Holy Mount Athos and be fascinated by its monasteries and natural beauty; d) Visit the ancient city of Olynthos, dated back to 3500BC; e) Travel back in time to Petralona Cave, where the primitive man lived 200,000 years ago; f) Travel along the peninsula and enjoy the numerous crystal water beaches; g) Visit the small villages in the area and meet local people; h) If you feel like a longer drive (2-hours), visit the Macedonian treasures in Vergina.
