Lime Maisonette is a lovely home located within a central complex of holiday homes. It is 100 sq.m. and spreads across 3 levels connected by an internal staircase. Upper level: Entrance at the living area which provides a cozy spot to relax, with a comfortable sofa, and a TV. The large balcony doors not only flood the space with natural light but also provide breathtaking views of the sea and the sunset, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Second level: Kitchen equipped with: washing machine and dishwasher, microwave oven, filter coffee machine, toaster, fridge with freezer, oven and electric hobs, dining table. Bathroom with shower. Third level : Open plan space equipped with a bunk bed and air conditioning. One bedroom featuring a double bed & one bedroom with semi-double bed. One Bathroom with shower. Overall, Lime Maisonnette offers a harmonious blend of central point ,functionality, and aesthetic appeal. Children over 8 years old are allowed in the residence. Pets, smoking inside the house and parties are not allowed.

The village of Aprovatou is a beautiful, village located in the western part of Andros with a stunning view of the Aegean Sea. The residence is specifically located on the Andros-Batsi provincial road, in Kato Aprovatou, opposite the archaeological site "Ypsili. Another advantage of the location is its proximity to the cosmopolitan Batsi and its abundant entertainment options, thus offering an ideal balance between tranquility and entertainment. Distance: 3 km from Batsi. 10 km from Gavrio Port. 22 km from capital Chora. Beaches: Ayia Marina: 4 km. Aneroussa: 3,5 km Batsi central beach: 3.5 km Kypri: 7 km. Chryssi Akti : 8 km.
