Welcome to our brand new, calm, stylish apartment in Athens! It provides a wonderful setting for unwinding and enjoying yourself, with a spacious kitchen and a queen size bed! It is located on the outskirts of the Athenian neighbourhood of Gyzi, only 13 minutes walk from the blue metro line (M3), close to the "Paidion tou Areos" park and Lycabettus Hill.

The area of Gyzi is a typical Athenian residential area. It is located in the center of Athens while at the same time maintaining the elements of the neighborhood and this is the main contrast that characterizes it. It is one of the areas that when you walk through its streets you look up. Not so much because apartment buildings have some special beauty, but because there is "life" there. Behind the colored awnings, in the conversations that can be heard from the open windows, in the spread clothes that add extra color to the balconies. It has several squares and gathering places that gives it vitality. It is close to the Athens University of Economics and Business and is bordered by Pedion Areos, which is the largest public park in Athens with the Alsos theatre within. The Pedion tou Areos, meaning Field of Ares, was designed in 1934 and its purpose was to honor the heroes of the Greek Revolution of 1821, 21 of whom are depicted in marble busts standing in the park. Here people play, fall in love, and even get married and baptize their children – there are two churches in the park. The rest of us Athenians, especially those over forty, know it from pre-election political rallies, from the variety shows held at the Alsos Theater, and from the sports facilities of the Panellinios Gynastics Club, the oldest sports organization in the country.
