We ask you to inform us of the exact time of your arrival at the house so that we can welcome you with pleasure and hand over the keys to the house.

Property information

Fully renovated apartment in December 2023, 1st floor in a 70 sq.m. apartment building! The access to the floor is through elevator and stairs.The address is Rodou 43-45 TK15122 Maroussi. It's modern with a minimal style! It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, (the first with a double bed and the second with two single beds), a living room and a bathroom with a washing machine. It offers gas central heating, (opening hours 9:00-12:00 & 18:00-21:00) ceiling fan in the kitchen area as well as AC cooling-heating, wireless internet and work desk. Around the apartment there are terraces with new comfortable bamboo furniture. There are also shade tents.

Neighbourhood information

It is located in a central part of Marousi within walking distance from cafes and shops. The neighborhood is very good and safe, because almost all apartments in the apartment building have families. Just 550 meters from the train-metro station of Amarousiou and just 500 meters from the CAT hospital. In the neighborhood there are parks and playgrounds as well as the outdoor theater of Amarousiou. The apartment is located at the back of the apartment building overlooking the garden and does not disturb the passing of the train at all when the windows are closed. The street in front of the block of flats leads to a dead-end which means there is no traffic noise. The apartment is only 500 meters (7 minutes by foot) from the lake, "Syggrou Forest" which is the largest forest park in Athens. A place of incredible beauty with many activities and particularly beautiful shops where you can spend your day happily either alone or with your family. "Eleftherios Venizelos" airport is 17 km away. If you take a taxi you will be at the airport in 25 minutes. You can also transfer from the airport train line to Maroussi M1 train line. It is also worth mentioning that the very remarkable Goulandris Museum is only 1.7 km away.
