It is located on the 3rd floor of our private building, in 2 pedestrian streets, inside a mini forest of huge plane trees, that doesn't remind the center of a city, as the trees reach up to the 3rd floor, providing cover from close buildings and nice feeling, when you lay on the relaxing furniture's of our all around verandas! Our Skyhi Athens suite was recently renovated with modern style and freedom to move either inside the fully air condition house or in the verandas, having all needed amenities for your luxury stay in Athens center! Starting from the door of our building, you may find everything you need in 5 min walking distance at the maximum, including coffee shops, restaurants, mini market, vegetables shop, butcher shop, bakery, parking station as also the ancient stadiums and temples, museums, churches, squares, national garden and more..! As the owner of the most Historical Restaurant of the most Important city of the world, our Family's restaurant in the ground & underground floor of our building, I wish to Thanks Everybody for this Unique Gift that i was given! Most important for me, after 101 years of our Family's Restaurant in the ground floor and 87 years of our Underground Taverna in the underground floor of the building, that in total makes more than 198 years of authentic entertainment in Athens, is to continue what Athenians have already build 4 generations before me in my Family's property and see happy people, including the visitors of our Family's Restaurant & Underground Taverna and our Apartments guests of the building! I am a Mechanical Engineer with specialty in Natural Building with Earth materials collect by the environment, a Wine collector having established the Bank of Greek wines that I keep in the underground cellar of our Restaurant, including All Native Greek Grape Varieties from 148 Vintages and like living free in my favorite island Icaria, fishing and collecting goods from the Nature! Our Lovely Neighborhood in Athens Historical center, has it's own Name & History! It is called "Cafe Tsourapi" after our Restaurants 1st use like coffee shop back i n 1920... It is and always being an artistic neighborhood, having old Restaurants/Tavernas around, lively Squares, Stadiums, ancient Temples and Museums, where all public transportation are passing by! It is a very Quiet & Safe but Lively area, where all important persons are also staying, like the Mayor of Athens (50m away), the President of the Democracy (250m) and Prime Minister of Greece (300m away).
