Meticulously curated and built in a 1600 sq. m. plot, each villa offers a sense of simplified luxury and boasts a private 36 sq. m. pool with children friendly aera, bbq facilities, kids playground and comfortable outside furniture. The villas are within walking distance to the picturesque Melidoni village, taverns, mini market & just a 10min drive to the beach!

In walking distance to the small picturesque Melidoni village. There you can find a few local traverns and a mini market. Furthermore in Perama village is everything you might need as supermarket, several shops, gas station, health care center, atm etc. In general this area is a great base if you want to explore both rural Crete and its authentic villages as well as some of the greatest sandy beaches that North Crete offers all within a few minutes drive. An important historical landmark for Cretan people ,that definitely worths a visit as well and will be very close to you is Melidoni Cave which accepts daily plenty of visitors. Melidoni village 950m Perama town 3.7 km Panormo beach 9.2 km (closest beach) Melidoni Cave 2.3 km Heraklion airport 60.5 km Chania airport 97.3 km Car hire is recommended if you want to be flexible otherwise we can organize private transfers!
