We loved our stay. We booked a small room in The Gardens Gallery, and the room didn't have the sea view. We had an issue with the access key to the room. So, the reception lady upgraded us to the adjacent hotel, Riveira, which was a more luxury one, and we got a room facing the sea with beautiful balcony. The new room we got was more spacious. The reception lady was always there for the help. Our stay was more than what we originally booked for. The room was very clean and comfy. The breakfast was amazing. Loved the upgrade.

We had a sea view room and we like smaller hotels so this was ideal for us. April is a great month to go, quiet, we had great weather and good value for money. The staff were very kind and caring.
