Villa Evanthia is a great place!! It is situated in the village of Melidoni Rethymno and you can enjoy the quite nature and beautiful view of the mountain of Psiloritis. At the same time you are a ten minute drive from sandy beaches!! Villa Evanthia is a very spacious house , equipped with anything you can desire. The garden area is also very nice and well kept. You can enjoy a swim in the pool or you can have a barbeque with your family. Villa Evanthia is an ideal place for a family or a group of friends to enjoy a spetacular holiday!!
My name is Joanna and I was born in Massachusetts in 1977. My father was from Melidoni and my mother is from Massachusetts. We moved back to Melidoni twenty-five years ago and we are very happy. In 2001 I married a great guy , Manolis, also from Melidoni who is the owner of the Paraschakis Family Olive Oil Factory in Melidoni. We run the olive oil factory together and in 2014 we also started renting Villa Evanthia. I really enjoy meeting people from all over the world. You get to see the world from someone else's eyes. We have three beautiful children , two boys and a girl. We love taking the children to the beach and there are many close by.
In the village of Melidoni you have the opportunity to visit the Paraschakis Family Olive Oil Factory which is run by the same family that runs Villa Evanthia. You can also visit the Melidoni Cave. In Melidoni there are also two markets where you can get anything from fresh bread tofresh fruits and vegetables. Four kilometers away in a small town called Perama you also have access to three banks , health center , fish market and butcher shop as well. When staying at Villa Evanthia you are a ten minute drive from the beach of Bali and a ten minute drive from the beach in Panormo.
