Located in a quiet and peaceful setting in the outskirts of Kavos, this 420 sq.m. ultra luxurious property is a fantastic destination itself. With its exceptional setting including the top amenities and garden, it is one of the finest available properties in Southern Corfu which successfully matches the fabulous architectural design to lavish contemporary comforts. Built in 4 levels, ie basement, ground floor, first floor and attic, it is a truly spacious villa, and at the same time it can sleep up to 10 people with comfort and luxury. On the basement, guests will find the playroom with PS4 and the gym, on the ground floor all the common areas, with the fully equipped kitchen, the open plan dinning-sitting area and the WC. An elegant marble staircase leads to the upper floor with the 3 bedrooms. one with the en-suite bathroom and 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom, while at the end of the corridor, a laundry and iron room are available. The most impressive part is the attic with the panoramic view of the green surroundings until the sea, and with the elegant and luxurious equipment such as a Queen size bed, a Jacuzzi bathroom and a 50 sq.m. walk-in closet. The property has NETFLIX TV.

Neighborhood info

Although the area itself is quiet and picturesque, near to Arkoudilas sandy beach, to virgin Mary`s monastery and Saint Prokopios church, however it is also not far from the notorious nightlife of Kavos, with all kind of shops, restaurants, bars, water sports, water parks and beaches. The narrow part of Corfu, is Lefkimmi which is the second largest town of Corfu, 40 km southern of the island. It is one of the most traditional villages of Corfu built amidst lush green surrounding, in the middle of a fertile plain full of olive trees and vineyards. The town is peaceful and picturesque with narrow alleys and tall houses, lovely squares and beautiful churches. Worth visiting in the town are: the river of Lefkimmi with the various cafes and traditional taverns, the Alykes and Molos beaches and the superb churches of Agioi Theodoroi and Agios Arsenios which are famous for there fine architecture. The port of Lefkimi serves daily ferries from/to Igoumenitsa.
