Close to a stadium,shopping center, taverns etc. Characterized by spacious,high ceiling rooms & rich furniture, with modern conveniences, &preserving traditional living authenticity.4 spacious bedrooms,3 WC,2 living rooms,kitchen fully equipped &3 balconies.WWW & TVs. Chiseled with artistry& care,it portrays personal character respecting aesthetics & harmony.
Trustworthy, honest, willing, pleasant, friendly.
Villa Melpomeni is placed close to the south-west entrance of the Marpissa, a public football and athletics stadium, a big supermarket (10 minute walk), traditional taverns (5-10 minute walk), bakeries, butcher shop, hardware store and several others. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and friendly, without being in isolation. The street just off the house leads you to the principal square at the top of the village hill with the main parish church and a museum, as well as to another square with a nice tavern at the center of the village. A second adjacent street leads you to the square of old wind mills at the opposite east side of Marpissa. The main road next to the stadium leads to a shopping center.
