Clean hotel, functional ac in the rooms and plenty of space to work downstairs at the lounge/living room. The beds were extremely comfortable (perhaps the most comfortable I have slept in in a while). Location wise you can't ask for better, it is located at the heart of Parikia and a 5 minute drive from the port and right next to a lot of nice beaches.

House was great and good for families. Newer house with comfortable beds. Best house during our Greece stay minus owner and challenges on our vacation. Must have a car. Don’t rely on Ebike’s or public transportation. Quad would work too. Views wonderful. Housekeeper only reachable person but items needing attention were not for her to manage.
