The property is located around 400 yards away from Plaka Village Centre it’s slightly up hill with a steep drive to the Villa but walkable and all secure with electric gate entry, The View from the property is second to none overlooking Spinalonga and the ocean. The Villa is spacious with a large pool, outside dining with a separate barbecue area, plus a beautiful sun terrace surrounded by Lemons and oranges. 2 of the bedroom have lovely sun trap balconies also the main sitting room with TV with cable and DVD, There are only a few English Channels, however when we spoke to the Villa Manager Nina she kindly had a satellite engineer come to the Property who provided more english movie channels. The steep drive to the Property is the only challenging item that may cause a problem for those not so fit and elderly, I would suggest renting a car locally in Plaka Village, the Villa Manager Nina is fabulous and will assist with any need you require.
