  • Γειά σας! Θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω εάν ο χώρος είναι κατάλληλος για μια τετραμελής οικογένεια καθώς και δύο σκυλων.Το ένα από τα δύο μας κατοικίδια ζυγίζει 37 κιλα ειναι σκυλος μεσου μεγεθους ,το δεύτερο μολις 4 κιλα μικρού μεγέθους σκύλος. Ευχαριστώ!

    Θεωρητικά είναι κατάληλο, 4 άτομα δεν έχουν θέμα, πρακτικά όμως τα δυο σκυλάκια (με το ένα εκ των οποίων μεγάλο) θα είστε οριακά σε άνεση. Ευχαριστώ !!

Holiday country home located in Richea, 145yrs of age, provided to visitors who love to experience staying in a vintage residence. Big garden with trees all around the home. It can accommodate up to 4 visitors to treat it with care. Full privacy, private parking. Kitchen facilities (oven/fridge), hot water, A/C, WiFi, NETFLIX & monitor speakers for sound of high quality. Sheets, towels, tea & ILLY espresso coffee-maker. Stunning Vlihada & Balokeri beaches at 5-7 km. Our home is dedicated to provide full privacy, tranquility and a traditional Greek staying. The car parking is fully private in the garden area. The property is fenced all around. The home is aged 145 years and it must be treated with care from its visitors. It is our ancestors' residence, renovated to provide all the facilities and functionality, decorated diligently with love, care and taste, in a cosy way. Friendly pets are quite welcome outdoors/indoors, but please note that they can't go up to the beds or the sofa. You have to inform the host about the pet BEFORE your arrival. Pets are not allowed to be left unattend in the property without your supervision, indoors or outdoors, you ought to take them with you when you 're out. Pets' owners ought to deliver the garden clean and without any damages.
I am from Greece, I live with my family and traveling around the world is giving us some of the most precious experiences. That’s why I have a big respect for providing quality hospitality and I love accepting it as well as a guest during my trips. I will be very happy to welcome you in my cottage so as to help you meet the traditional Greek countryside living in the most authentic way. You will be asked to provide your identity number for the tax declaration. The house meets all the standards requested by the law and it is rented under full legitimacy.
Richea is a beautiful traditional mountainous village. Very vivid through the summer months. Nearby (about 7km) there are two stunning beaches, Vlihada & Balokeri, where you can go by hiking or by your own vehicle. Not only the best but maybe the only way to enjoy your staying in Richea is to reach it by your own vehicle. In Richea there are : - A public post office - 2 restaurants - 2 cafeterias - Free wi-fi access in village's square - A mini-market to buy most of the essential goods Nearest places of interest are : - Monemvasia (30min driving) - Kyparissi (30min driving) - Elafonissos (1h driving + 5min boat) - Sparti (70min driving) * FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION : - Private bathroom with a shower column OUTDOORS - Home meets all the basic KITCHEN FACILITIES (fridge/electric oven/hood) and all the typical household items are provided. Frying indoors is NOT allowed - Hot water by a solar water heater - The house is physically pretty chill due to stone walls - Heating by an energy fireplace or A/C during the cold months. Woods will be provided for a normal everyday use - Closest banks, police station, hospital & gas station at Molaoi, 25min driving distance (30km)
