In my opinion, every apartment owner should consider reaching out to the proprietor of 4 ELEMENTS and willingly invest in the invaluable lessons they offer on apartment renovation. The meticulous attention to detail was truly unparalleled; the scale of it was remarkable. The apartment was exceptionally spacious and impeccably clean. Notably, each room was equipped with a pristine television, a feature that greatly delighted the children. Moreover, a noteworthy highlight is the fact that every amenity within the apartment functioned seamlessly. I cannot stress enough how wholeheartedly I endorse this establishment. My recommendation is resounding and unwavering!

This is a completely renovated old cinema in Tar, which means high ceilings and spacious rooms and bathrooms. We loved the place, how nicely it was decorated, with high end appliances and decorations. The rooms are spacious, and well positioned. We were pleasantly surprised with how nice the apartments is, far better than the pictures would indicate. We will definitely come back... The apartment is well positioned for moving around and exploring Istria.

We rested as a family of three adults and three children. These flats are simply amazing: they are clean, bright, and large. The food are lovely, and there is more than enough of everything. Many items were provided for the guests in the residence, including cooking cereals, tea, salt, chicory, coffee, and cold mineral water. These are minor details, but after an 8-hour car ride, we were delighted with the cold mineral water. But it's not just the water; it's also the attitude of the proprietors, who make sure you're at ease. We wholeheartedly suggest these apartments!!!

They were passing through Croatia. To say that these apartments are wonderful is an understatement, everything is even better than in the photo. The apartment has just been renovated, so everything is perfect there. There are 2 bathrooms, which is very necessary and convenient when you are vacationing with your family. Everything is modern, new and pleasant, each room has air conditioning, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, there is a washing machine and dryer, the beds with orthopedic mattresses are very soft and comfortable. There is a meat and fish shop nearby, and a supermarket is also a 1-minute drive away. It is a 4-minute drive to the beach, where there is free parking for cars. We were vacationing as a family, so these apartments were perfect for us and we will definitely come back here again.

Es sind 4 gut eingerichtete Appartements, die ganz neu sind, es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer samt vollständiger Küche und vor allem 2 Badezimmer. Jeweils mit einem WC, einmal mit großer Dusche und einmal mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Keine Kritik, aber eine zweite Dusche wäre dann absolut perfekt. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das Haus war einmal ein Kino und unten im Haus haben die Besitzer ein Jagd und Fischereigeschäft. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, innerhalb von 200 Meter gibt es 3 sehr gute Speiselokale (unbedingt reservieren), die Preise sind nicht mehr typisch Kroatien (wie früher) aber alles wird teurer. Obwohl es "nur" 60qm sind, ist alles sehr großzügig und das Hauptbadezimmer würde ich daheim sofort so edel gefliest haben wollen...

Ho apprezzato molto la cucina completa di tutto il necessario, le camere e gli arredi moderni; per effettuare il check-in è bastato recarsi nel negozio sottostante che vende articoli di caccia e pesca, molto gentili e disponibili.

Appartamento molto bello, semplice e curato, ben arredato, con due camere da letto con TV e condizionatore indipendente, un bagno completo e un bagnetto di servizio con asciugatrice e lavatrice. Cucina funzionale, completa di lavastoviglie. Dal secondo piano si vede il mare 😍
