Apartman Jadera nalazi se u Zadru, jednom od najljepših i kulturno-povijesno najznačajnijih, te najstarijih gradova Dalmacije. Apartman se nalazi na 3. katu zgrade koja je izgrađena je 1935. godine, te se nalazi pod zaštitom grada, kao značajna građevinsko-arhitetonska kulturna baština. Ista je smještena na samoj obali Uvale Maestrala uz restoran - kafić Sfinga ispred kojega se nalazi stajalište gradskog autobusa, te je udaljena svega 150 m od novo uređen gradske plaže Jadran, sa dječjim igralištem, platformom za sunčanje i tušem, te kafićem Marex sa čije se terase pruža prekrasan pogled na ulazak u luku, poluotok, morsku pučinu i čuveni Hitchcockov: „ Zalazak sunca najljepši na svijetu!“.
