The convenient location to Split Old Town and harbour. The owner, Sanja, met us when we arrived to show my friend and I around the apartment. She was very warm and friendly. We had wine, juice, coffee and chocolates as a welcome gift. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment is on the top two floors of the building so the views over Split are wonderful.

Renovated apartment Bella Sanja is a part of a century old, vintage house positioned in a very quiet area located right in the center of Split city. The apartment itself is stationed in the middle of Marjan Forest Park accompanied with an amazing view that overlooks entire city of Split and its surroundings. The advantage of this object is a peaceful environment and the proximity to the major landmarks, sights of the city itself. In the apartment you can find fully equipped kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, balconies and a large terrace from which you have a spectacular, breathtaking view on the etire city, its atmosphere and neighborhood. The distance from the apartment to the bare center of city is in a walkable distance, no car is needed in order to commute.
Our entire guests are welcome and our main goal is to make them feel like they are at home. The major intention for us is to create a home away from home. With our small but significant signs of attention we will try to make your vacation comfortable and unique with the primary intention to create a beautiful long lasting memory.
The thing that distinguishs this area from the rest in this city is primarily privacy and its peaceful surrounding inhabited mainly with private, familly household. The apartment is positioned very close to Diocletians Palace, main city promenade called Riva, the very symbol of the city Marjan Forest Park from which you can enjoy a magical, stunning view overlooking entire city and nearby islands. Marjan itself offers peace and tranquility, numerous recreation possibilities, century old memorials, oldtime churches, natural oases, trim trcaks which are suitable for long and relaxing bike rides, crystal clear sea along with shady and sandy beaches. The advantage is as well the nearness of the numerable museums, galleries, main city squares, famouse statues (Grgur Ninski and its fortune golden thumb), farmers market, souvenir shops, plenty of domesty food restaurants, pizzerias, fish market and many traditional bakery places. Overall, the apartment is positioned in the best loaction possible taking into account all the nearby city goods which are accessible in a walking distance.
