My place is close to old city centre. The apartment is newly renovated and very well located. You’ll love my place because of it is new and modern, the ambiance, the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Newly renovated and fully equipped, situated in the heart of Zadar, just 200m from the the main square. Perfect for 4 +1 persons. Apartment consist from two bedrooms (with double beds), spacious living room (sofa bed) with LCD cable TV, modern kitchen fully equipped with lovely bar, bathroom with shower, double washing stand and washing machine. Interesting and simple, it gives you all you need for your perfect stay in Zadar. It has free internet and cable tv. The apartment is on the 5th floor, with elevator.
I was born and I live in Zadar. I'm married and have two children. I like to read good books and listen to good music. I love to cook for my family and friends. Love to meet new people from different countries. I'll try to do everything to make my guests feel like home and help them to have a great vacation.
Apartment is in friendly, very safe neighborhood. In the building of the apartment is a big market, newsstand, meat store. In front of the building is post office and bus station for public transport. Next to the apartment is a pharmacy, an ambulance, a few bars, a few backery, a fruit store, a bank and a city library. It will take you 3 min walking to the city center (old town), 10 min to the sea side and beaches. If you want to rent a boat, or buy a ticket for a boat trip, the apartment is 5 minutes from the marine and 3 min from the ticket selling place. So, everything you need is within reach of few minutes walk. There is a free parking space in front of the building. Public garage is about 200m from the apartment . 5 minutes walk is a large recreation center with running track.
