ABOUT US Located only five kilometers from the center of Dubrovnik and 20 kilometers from the airport, this delightful property was built to an exceptionally high standard. It stands proudly in the fjord-like valley of Rijeka Dubrovačka, in close vicinity of the source of the Ombla river. Rich in Mediterranean vegetation and clean waters, this area used to be an exclusive location for the summer residences of the Dubrovnik aristocrats at the time of the Republic of Dubrovnik. Apartment SunSet Dubrovnik is suitable for 2 adults,is nice and comfortable with terrace and parking. It consists of 1 double room (beds can be separated or together), kitchen with dining table and all other necessary facilities for up to 2 people, one bathroom (shower) with all necessary amenities and taras with table and two chairs. Kitchen (facilities): fridge, coffee maker, 2 induction cookers, microwave,toaster, blender,hot and cold water, dining table for two people, all necessary dishes (dishes and utensils) for up to 2 people. TV,WIFI,AC Towels and bed linen, washmachine,hot and cold water a shampoo and two beach towels are available for guests. Air conditioning is charged extra. One day 7 euro It is forbidden to connect the car to the electricity sockets in the apartment. LOCATION The views from the property of the source of the Ombla, the sea, and the mountain are breathtaking. The surroundings of our apartment are peaceful and quiet, providing you with the perfect holidaying atmosphere and privacy. Indeed, even today the scenery around our apartment looks almost magical. At the source of the river, you will see waterfalls with hues of blue and green, sparkling in the warm Mediterranean sun, and surrounded by lush vegetation. There are birds chirping, ducks swimming around with their ducklings, and elegant swans gliding on the water surface… Nearby are ACI marinas (yachting) , several shops, restaurants, pubs or cafes. PARKING AND MOVING THE CITY If you come by car or motor, you have a parking space in front of the apartment entrance. The city center of Dubrovnik and Stradun are about 5 km away. The local bus station is a 5-minute walk from the apartments with bus lines every 15-20 minutes. Driving by bus to the old town takes 15 minutes. Every bus drives to the old town (last station the old town). You are also offered Uber, Taxi as a transport service. Use of air conditioning is charged extra. One day 7 euro or 50 kuna. It is forbidden to connect the car to the electricity sockets in the apartment.
