The prices are for 4 nights or more, however, if the number of nights is less than 4 nights, the price is 30% more (ONLY applies to 01.04.-30.06 and 01.09.-15.10.) Apartments Ivanka are located some 12 km away from Zadar, and is situated 200 m from the beach. The nearest grocery store is about 500 m, while a major shopping center is 5 km away. Petrčane is a 900-year-old beautiful small fisherman's village, 10 km northwest of Zadar. It is a picturesque little village with stunning beaches, clean sea, fragrant pine trees and Mediterranean climate. It has a gorgeous bay surrounded by two peninsulas – Punta Radman and Punta Skala. In Petrčane you can also find vibrant cafes, restaurants, and markets. There are many trails leading through the olive fields around the village, which are perfect for trekking and biking. Traditionally, inhabitants were farmers and fishermen, but today tourism is one of the main industries, with many apartments, rooms and villas to offer.
