Apartments Nia are beautifully designed, modern apartments located in Villa Nia, a charming family home in Okrug Gornji. Each apartment covers one floor of the house. Perfectly located, it’s just a short drive from the historic heart of Trogir and only a 10-minute walk to a stunning pebble beach. The apartments offer easy access to beach bars, restaurants, and a range of water sports activities. With its close proximity to Split Airport and the vibrant city of Split, Apartments Nia are a perfect choice for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Spanning 100 m², each apartment features two bedrooms with queen-size double beds. Apartments Nia 1 and Nia 3 have two bathrooms with showers, while apartment Nia 2 has 1 bathroom with shower. The open-plan living area effortlessly flows into the fully equipped kitchen, creating a perfect space for socializing. Step out onto the balcony, where outdoor furniture provides a relaxing spot to enjoy stunning views of the pool and sea.
