Gorgeous apartment in main walking street, in the heart of the old part of Zadar. Many restaurants, bars and places of entertainment are only a step away. The main attractions of Zadar are located only a few minutes walk away. For any reservation which is 28 nights or longer special monthly discount and special conditions apply: electricity utility cost is excluded from the total price and it is payed monthly based on the actual consumption. Every two weeks cleaning service is mandatory to change bed linen and towels which is excluded from the total price.

This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of the old peninsula. Leaving the apartment is a step into the past into an environment full of cultural and historical monuments. Leaving the apartment you are right next to the Zadar Cathedral with a bell tower which offers a beautiful view of the monuments and the Zadar islands. A few meters from the apartment you step on the ground of the ancient Roman forum, where the remains of ancient Roman pillars, temples. There is the church of St. Donata the most famous Byzantine building from the 9th century. Across the street is the Archaeological Museum with numerous exhibits from the past. The most valuable treasure of the city of Zadar is located next to the museum, the church of Sv. Mary with a permanent exhibition of church objects called Gold and Silver of the city of Zadar. For romantic souls there is a beautiful Zadar promenade, Zadar waterfront that ends with a Sea organ and a Greeting from the sun. here you can enjoy the most beautiful sunset in the world.
