The 2nd floor apartment of the of 4-store building has a parking space next to the entrance on the 2nd floor, both situated at the same lavel, therefore providing enough privacy for guests. The apartment has two bedrooms and a living room and is supplied with an air conditioner. The first bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm), another bedroom has a comfortable single bed (120x200cm) and a living room has a sofa. The kitchen has all appliances needed for a family, as like dishwasher, gas/electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, kitchenware, etc. The apartment has a flat TV with plenty of TV programs and free WiFi internet access. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in the apartment as well. The bathroom is with tube and shower and there is an additional toilet in the apartment. The balcony is with a table and four chairs. Linen, towels and soap as well as pills for a dishwasher are provided. Owners live a few kilometres away from the unit and would be happy to help our appreciated guests to feel as in own home. The paintings in the apartment are made by the apartment owner.

Very good thing about location is that you are in Split with beaches nearby, but avoiding traffic jams and usual summer crowds. Split centre is a 5-10 min driving distance. The nearest beach is around 200 metres away from the place and famous Žnjan beach with bars and other conveniences is also not far from the unit.
