This property is located in the centre of the old village Medulin and walking distance (500 metres) to the the sea. A coffee shop and a bakery are also nearby. The Sunny Medulin property is 450 m2 large. It is fully fenced and it provides the guest maximum intimacy. The property includes renovated old stone house, a size of 90 m2, with two rooms, a bathroom and a larger kitchen and a dining area. The property also includes a small stone house, 30 m2, with a kitchen and a bathroom. In addition, the property has a 3 x 7m private pool, laundry with washing machine and a dryer, a covered terrace with fireplace and a small park with mediterranean plants. Avaliable are also two parking places. The house is in 250 years old, renovated, certain details are still preserved. The furniture in the house is new. Accommodation gives to the visitor a sense of familiality and diversity. If the walls could talk, we hear the interesting stories of the people who lived there. The house is enriched with beautiful art work of more and less famous painters.
We are frequent travelers, so we understand what is important for our guests. We will be glade to accept everyone and take care that guests will feel good in our little paradise. The guests can either discover the beauty of the surrounding area, or they can spend the time at the private pool and the garden. We will be happy to give you a hint of what you can look at and where you can eat well.
Medulin is an interesting tourist destination, located in the south of the Istrian peninsula. It has beautiful sea, hidden beaches and excellent restaurants. If you want to explore more, the city of Pula is located some miles away. Pula is city with rich program, with a Roman amphitheatre and a picturesque history. You can visit the islands of Brijoni, where Marshal Tito has hosted many celebrities, Rt Kamenjak National Park, you can try exquisite food inside Istria.
