Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Kiki's Sea View Studio's offers two newly renovated light and bright studio's / open 1-bedroom apartment with an amazing view of the Dalmatian coastline from the beautiful balcony/terrace or the comfort of your bed. The studio's are only a 10 minute walk to Znjan beach, 10 minute uber to town or 30 minute bus to town. Both studio's can accomodate 2 people in the Queen bed (160 x 200) equipped with a hotel grade mattress. The first studio comes with a beautiful balcony, kitchenette (with plug in stove) and walk in shower. The second studio / 1 bedroom apartment on the upper floor includes a fully equip kitchen, small office space, open bedroom plan (open bedroom to keep with the style of the apartment) and a stunning 13m2 terrace which views of the sea and mountains to enjoy during your stay (Pictures do not do this apartment justice)! When you go to book the room, please click on the heading of each room as you can see all the photos related to the exact room you will be booking! The 2 studios can be booked together for a group of 4 or a group thats needs 2 beds. On street parking is available during your stay and the nearest available beach is only a 20 minute walk away (or a few minutes drive). Please be advised Znjan beach is currently unavailable due to renovation works which will be completed in 2025.

Restaurant Dalmatino and Bistro Merlin - 5 minutes away. Supermarket Tommy and Victa - 5 minutes away. Znjan Beach - 10 minutes away. Bus stop to varies parts of Split - 5 minutes away. There is free public parking a few minutes from the apartment which typically has space available at all times of the day. You can also travel by bus which is about 5 minute walk to the bus stop from the studio. Znjan beach is currently under construction and not accessible which is the direct beach near the apartment. There is still uvala znjan (near mistral beach club) or duilove dog beach which is open and they are both about 12-15 min walk from the apartment.
