Apartment Luka is located in Posedarje, a wonderful small town only 20 minutes from the beautiful city of Zadar. The apartment, i.e. the house, consists of a ground floor and an upper floor, and opens its doors for a maximum of 8 people. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals for family and friends, and there is also a dining room with a dining table. The living room has a sofa, armchair and stools, as well as a TV and direct access to the outdoor terrace. On the terrace there is a table with seats and a charcoal or wood grill for preparing meat or fish specialties. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Between the two mentioned rooms is a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. On the upper floor, as soon as you climb the stairs, you will find a bathroom with a shower cabin, and one bedroom with a double bed. There is also a small kitchen with a microwave and toaster. From the kitchen you can go out to a small terrace where there is a parasol and a table and chairs. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people, TV and exit to the balcony. There is a road in front of the house and Tommy supermarket is only 5 meters away from it. In Posedarje, you will also find a bakery, pharmacy, butcher, emergency room, restaurant, cafes, and children will especially enjoy the fenced children's playground located near the waterfront, only 5 minutes' walk from the Luka apartment. The house offers 2 private parking spaces inside the yard. The charming town of Posedarje is located in the bay of the Novigrad Sea. In the immediate vicinity is the mountain Velebit, which invites you to go hiking, the beautiful river Zrmanja where you can enjoy rafting, and the city of Zadar, which amazes visitors with its rich history and enviable architecture. You can also swim on the pebble beach, only 10 minutes walk from the apartment! Welcome!

Posedarje is charming and quaint little town by the sea, perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach. House is only 200 meters from the beach. Supermarket is only 10 meters away and the house is very private and quiet. There is a bus stop not even 100 meters from the apartment (to Zadar), taxis are available always and everything else is available by foot since Posedarje is a small town by the sea.
