Wir als Familie mit 2 Kindern haben uns in der großzügigen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Diese ist super eingerichet und vor allem die Küche enthält alles was man zum Kochen bzw. als Selbstversorger braucht. Vom.Balkon kann man das Meer sehen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und gaben uns wertvolle Tipps fürs Parken, den Strandbesuch, Restaurants, mögliche weitere Ausflugsziele. Der Pool ist grandios und mit ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten ausgestattet. Im Ort selbst gibt es einen Supermarkt, der über ein großes Angebot verfügt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Set on a peaceful countryside location in Rovinjsko Selo, the stylish Luxury Villa Mare has an outdoor swimming pool, a large green garden and modernly furnished apartments with free Wi-Fi. The beach is 4.3 mi away, while the center of Rovinj is within 5.6 mi. The 4593 ft² yard includes a garden terrace with barbecue and a poolside terrace. More than 20 cherry trees, some other fruits and a 300-year old olive tree are featured as well. The swimming pool is 10 x 13 feet in size. Parking on site is free of charge. A tavern, grocery shop and some bars can be found in the village, within only 1640 feet from the villa. There is a bike route that leads to Rovinj and 2 more routes for cycling, jogging and hiking. The surrounding area also offers some wine cellars and opportunities for olive oil tasting. Pula Airport is at a distance of 22 mi, and a pick-up service can be arranged upon request.

This beautiful villa Mare has an open view of the Adriatic Sea and a beautiful Mediterranean landscape. It consists of two comfortable apartments (a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor and an apartment with two bedrooms on the 1st floor). Peace, quiet, and irresistible nature have delighted every guest so far. With 920 square meters of closed private garden with a shared pool, each guest has their own private area, a terrace with access to a beautiful shared pool (10 x 4.7 m), and a barbecue with a garden terrace. In the garden, you can relax and sunbathe next to a more than 1000-year-old olive tree (one of the oldest olive trees in Istria). Villa Mare is located only 7 kilometers (7 minutes drive) from the beautiful beaches of Rovinj. Private parking for guests is provided in the yard of the house.

On the magnificent coast of Istria, right below the Lim Fjord, is the most romantic place in the Mediterranean! The town of Rovinj is the right destination for all of you seeking a sentimental atmosphere of the times that have forever gone by. In the Mediterranean, you can find it here, in the town that has begun its romantic life on an island, its restricted area resulting in crowded houses, narrow streets and small squares, still untouched by modern urbanism. On the seaside, the town is protected by a high rocky shore and house walls built on cliffs, while the mainland side is protected by solid walls. The town is dominated by the baroque St. Euphemia’s Church, its 60-meter tower providing a view of grey and red rooftops and chimneys, streets and squares, the port and pier with ships and boats, and the marina harboring yachts.
