Duilovo is nestled in a tranquil and safe neighbourhood of Split. Only 5 km to old town and 1.5 km to the nearest beach. Žnjan is the local favourite spot for swimming and is also the only coastline with km's of undisturbed trails for jogging, cycling and in-line skating. Imagine a sun-filled horizon, morning stroll along the promenade with the smell of the salt air from the sea which expands for miles, it will take your breath away! A favourite walking route is the coast line to Zenta, another local hot spot filled with cafe's, restaurants, tennis courts, boat marina and much more. NOTICE SUMMER OF 2024 EAST SIDE OF ZNJAN BEACH IS CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. TO ACCESS THE BEACH NEED TO GO TO WEST SIDE “UVALA ZNJAN ZAPAD”. FROM THERE THE COASTLINE RUNS ALL THE WAY TO ZENTA. Free underground parking is available in the building. Easy access to public transportation bus #15 runs every 30 minutes to the city centre starting at 05:30.
