Our beautiful 4-stars Villa Bavaria is located in quite village Radoši kod Višnjana which is only 10 min drive away from Poreč and beautiful beaches and less then 3 km from highway connection. Closest shop and restaurant are only 2,5 km away. Villa Bavaria is located in the old center of the village, surrounded on one side by old stone houses and farm yards and on the other side by untouched nature and forest. It has private parking, a large yard with a covered terrace, barbecue, green areas, a children's park and lots of ornamental plants such as olive tree, palm tree, lavender, rosemary. It is surrounded by a stone wall on one side with built-in lamps, which in the evening hours with a glass of local wine make it a complete pleasure. When you enter the house, on the left side there is an open space room with a kitchen, dining room and living room. On the right side there are two bedrooms. The first room has a double bed with a walk-in closet and own bathroom. The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds and one child's bed of 140x70, working desk and wardrobe. There is another bathroom that is equipped with a washing machine. The house is planned down to every detail and represents a combination of old and new stile. Along with carefully selected new furniture and decorations, we devoted a lot of love and attention to the restoration of the old furniture and with a combination of new colors we brought it back to life. The absolute highlights are the hand-welded unique double bed, the sink is made from an old Singer sewing machine in combination with a marble slab which brings special style to bathroom, a coffee table in the living room made from an old suitcase from 1960s and much more. Each room is equipped with air conditioners that provide cooling in the summer months, while in the winter they are used for heating. There are several wineries nearby where you can buy local wine and olive oil directly from the farmers.

We are family with 3 kids and we are in love with Istria and Adriatic see where we spend up to 2 months per year. After years and years of dreaming, planning and preparing things, we are finally able to host you in our beautiful holiday home Villa Bavaria. We are available for our guests during entire stay.
