The newly built luxurious Villa IVKA offers a pleasant, relaxing and fun summer stay with a beautiful panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea and the nearby islands (Brač, Hvar, Šolta...) It is located in a quiet environment of Podstrana, ideal for a comfortable vacation, within walking distance of the most beautiful Grljevac beach with warm and clean marine environment providing an excellent opportunity for swimming, diving and/or sailing…This private accommodation with a sea view offers a long swimming pool with slightly salted water and superior recirculation technology that ensures excellent hygiene and health conditions that you will hardly get bored of. What makes Villa IVKA special is the private fenced yard that provide security, peace, free private parking, garden barbecue equipment... Free WiFi is also available. Villa contains many corners for enjoyment, activities and rest in complete privacy. Guests of this accommodation can relax by the pool and shaded terraces with a view of the sea. In addition to swimming in the pool and sunbathing, our guests can play table tennis, have fun with darts and cards.
