Villa Ladybug

Villa Ladybug is cared for by a family of four who want to share their paradise with everyone for whom Istria is an attractive and desirable destination. Of course, we guarantee complete privacy since as a family we do not live near the Villa itself.

Villa Ladybug is perfect for a complete break from everyday noise and speed. We guarantee complete peace and privacy in a newly renovated house located on the edge of a quiet village. The seemingly endless forests in the area provide fresh and clean air, and naturally build roads that are perfect for walking or cycling. With the impeccable nature of this beautiful little place and the clear greenery that embraces and intersperses it, the light pollution of cities will seem like a miles away phenomenon. In the yard of the house there is a newly built pool, aiming to mimic the Adriatic, that will provide facilitating refreshment during the well-known summer heat, and more than enough space around the pool for lounging and relaxing in the sun. The facility also has a terrace created for "feasting" in indigenous and home-made delicacies for which the Istrian region is famous. Up to 3 cars can be accommodated in the private parking lot. Inside the villa, on the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds. The first room also has its own private toilet, and the second toilet is located in the bathroom which is also located upstairs. Welcome!

Milotski Breg is a quiet and idyllic village located in the heart of the Istrian peninsula. As we have already mentioned, near the village there are forest trails created for exploring by bike or by foot . Villa Ladybug is located at the very end of the village which means it is perfect for absolute peace and quiet, or for organizing loud parties or events, all of which you can do without the burden of who can hear or see you. Milotski Breg is a picture of rural tourism, but it is also close to the town of Zminj, which means that you are a 5-10min drive away from the first shop, market or cafe. From Žminj to Pazin is 15km, to Pula 30km . If you head east, west or south, within 20min. you will reach the most beautiful sea in the world known as the Adriatic Sea. There you will be greeted by beautiful beaches and the sea that heals the soul and body, which Croatia is most famous for. Istria as such has something to offer everyone: from the fairytale and green interior of the peninsula, to its sea edges, historic buildings, adrenaline parks, festivals, food you will not get anywhere else in the world; and Villa Ladybug is in the heart of it all!
