About the property: Unplug and enjoy your city break in this brand new, very central and stylish apartment on the 6th floor with private roof terrace. Super sunny with big windows, furnished with high quality furnitures. Main hub (Blaha Lujza sqr) is 3 min walk that gives you easy access to all locations in Budapest. Located in a quiet street, no disturbance of the buzzing city when you stay in. Free indoor parking in the garage is provided. Bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and has access to the roof terrace. Living room comes with a sofa bed that converts to a comfortable bed as well as a smart TV with all the streaming apps you like. Also gives access to the roof terrace. The spacious dining area with 4 chairs gives you comfortable space to have a nice dinner and perfect for home office. You can also enjoy a private balcony with garden view. Full size kitchen is equipped with induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and all utensils. There is a separate bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine. The top-notch geothermal heating/cooling system gives a natural feel both winter and summer and is suitable for the ones sensitive to AC. Enjoy the fast speed WIFI! Legality - check-in procedures: As a requirement of regulation - (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) - recording guest data for the Hungarian Tourism Agency is a prerequisite to be able to host guests.
