The perfect choice for those who are in search of that ultimate experience where progressive meets tradition. The apartment is a studio in a beautiful historical building, designed with great care and taste in the rustic-modern style. Furniture, appliances and extras are all of fine quality. There are many plants both inside and outside which makes you feel like you are in paradise :) The place is full of light (there are of course curtains to provide you a restful sleep) and it is very quiet. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics for cooking and drinking - a basic selection of herbs and spices, cooking oils and tea. But when it comes to coffee, you are in for a special treat: there is excellent coffee with an Italian-style coffee maker and we can also recommend you the greatest cafés in the area. You can also sit outside on the hanging corridor of the house, looking onto the inner courtyard, providing you that unique balcony atmosphere.
We are flexible and accessible throughout your stay, guaranteeing your comfort. We are a family resident in Budapest, with ten years of experience in hosting. We share an interest in interior design and architecture as well as an active outdoor lifestyle and arts. The apartment reflects our taste and personalities.
The area is ideal! It is very central, but at the same time laid back and quiet, with a beautiful lush park only 150 meters from the apartment. Many expats, hipsters and progressive-types live in the area as well as people whose families have been here for generations. You can find lovely little cafés and many eateries nearby. Across the park, there is a market hall, and every Saturday, there is an outdoor market with lots of organic products. The supermaket is less than 5 minutes on foot. Oktogon, Andrassy avenue and Király street are all within 3 mins walking distance. Budapest's main tramline, tram 4-6 and Metro1 is about 300 meters away, with many other public transport options within the most easy reach.
