Everything was perfect! It was one of the best experiences I've ever had. We spent 3 nights here for a honeymoon, and it went beyond expectations! Although it's in nature, there were no problems with insects, etc. The cleanliness was great. The outdoor bathroom was amazing, the jacuzzi, too. The staff were very kind and provided anything we needed. They gave us a free scooter for rental for a whole day. The massage was also very good. Definitely recommend!

Important: until the 1st of April the rate for the Suboya house is reduced by 40% due to possible construction noise from a project behind the house. Staying in this unique bamboo house is a completely unique experience and ideal for those that seek adventure, solitude and to get away from the crowds. Please be aware that Camaya is not a luxury hotel - instead we want to offer our guests an authentic experience run by a local family from the nearby village. We do not have service around the clock but our team is there for you anytime from 7am to 8pm - we also provide you with WhatsApp contact details on arrival to make communication with our team easy and convenient. LOCATION: We are NOT located in Ubud and it’s a 80 minute drive from our property. The house is off the grid in a very biologically diverse area of Bali, amongst the midst of nature in the rice terraces with no shops, restaurants, ATM or mini-mart in walking distance. You can take our motorcycle for free to explore the local areas further and head into the little town of Selat. Our guests come here BECAUSE it's more remote and secluded. If you are looking for something close to Ubud or you need shops ,bars or restaurants in your surrounding, we do not recommend our home.
We do provide mosquito nets with all beds but please note that YOUR HOUSE is designed very openly and bugs and insects are a common sight as we are in the middle of nature. If you get scared easily with insects or bugs, this is not the right place for you and we recommend you find somewhere else to stay. The rooms do not have Air-condition as the home is architecturally designed to take advantage of the natural breezes that blow through the rice terraces. The average temperature year around at night in the terraces is around 21-22 degrees celcius and thus a very comfortable temperature to sleep. - We kindly request all guests to be mindful of local laws and regulations during their stay. While we respect the privacy and diversity of our guests, it's important to note that sharing explicit as well as LGBT content on public platforms is not encouraged due to the prevailing local laws. During the day you will see local villagers farming their fields in the below rice terraces. People in the area are all very friendly and approachable.
