It's a really great place to stay!! Everything was prepared for our arrival - the room was extremely clean and comfortable. It was cozy and beautifully decorated. The host was friendly and attentive. Cute, super-smart dogs at the property :-) I would highly recommend this spot to anyone exploring County Waterford!!

A stylish self contained guest house. Ideal for two persons, with a little kitchen and ensuite shower room/toilet and furnished with a comfortable king size bed and dining area. Located in a quiet rural area, a 15 minutes drive from Waterford and Tramore. Close to the Atlantic Coastal Drive, and minutes away from numerous unique beaches. 10 minutes away from the award winning Mount Congreve gardens and the Greenway. Walking distance to the local pub and Anne valley, Dunhill Castle.
I am a multi international individual who was living in many countries and now finally settled myself up in Ireland. I am a yoga teacher and a freelancer photographer who is enjoying a peaceful quiet and organic life in a countryside of Ireland.
The area here is absolutely stunning. Just to make clear it's a pure and rural countryside surrounded by cows and green fields. My house is situated 5km from the Copper Coast which has to offer absolutely stunning views and unique beaches. 1-2 km away from the house is a beautiful and locally famous Annes Valley Walk along the river all the way to Dunhill Castle and all the way to Annestown beach and a cliff walk. 15-20 min drive from Waterford if you want to have some shopping or see the very famous Waterford Crystal, or in the same time you can reach Waterford castle where you can have a very nice deer walk with the afternoon tea. 15-20 min drive also will take you to Tramore which is a great place to have a walk on the beach to the sand dunes or just swim. Tramore is full of nice places to eat and very local pubs. One of my favorite places is a Seagull bakery( a MUST). am located not far from a GREEN WAY, so just rent a bike and go all the way to Dangurvan. Absolutely amazing gardens are 8 km from here called Mount Congreve. But otherwise you can go kayaking, fishing, surfing, horse riding etc. just ask for an advice and I will always help.
