Cosy Nest is a centrally located couple-friendly & fully furnished apartment in South Delhi , close to AIIMS/H Khas/IIT/Haat & many embassies. Our quirky property provides 2 bedrooms with king-beds, ACs & hygienic linen, kitchen & 2 bathrooms & a ventilated living hall with 3 luxury couches & a study table; a lounging area for music & hookah needs. An interior staircase that has become a favorite place of our guests completes the deal. The look and feel is intended for a warm "homestay".
I believe in good hospitality as am passionate about it. I aim towards providing the best to all my guests. I understand when it comes to stay outside lots of concerns start bothering. From clean linen,to clean bathroom and the area everything basically. As your host I would only say that when you are at my place don't worry of all this as this is my main focus in order to make your stay comfortable in these regards specially. My place is very cozy and calm so you can have complete peaceful hours with no disturbance. You can approach me for anything and it would be done as far as it's possible. My life mantra is be happy,enjoy and live life to the fullest. Happy staying at La Floraison and it's lovely cosy private rooms Lily and Lavender. I am based out of Delhi however always available on text/call. The property has a caretaker to attend to your needs.
We're within a peaceful gated premise with 24/7 security personnel on the gates. Outside on one side is the youthful Gautam Nagar market good for a casual stroll, tasty bites, cafe sittings, necessary shopping. On the other side is the Yusuf Sarai market, and the Yellow Line Green Park metro station. The Yellow Line gives a convenient and cheap 20-minute ride to popular Delhi destinations like Rajiv Chowk, CP, Dilli Haat, Hauz Khas, AIIMS, IIT Delhi, Pragati Maidan etc., and a no-changeover 1-hour ride to Gurgaon. The premises within which this apartment is located is accessible 24/7, and has roads wide enough for cars/cabs to pick or drop you at the doorstep. The Green Park metro station on the Yellow Line is a 10-minute walk from where popular places like Connaught Place, Qutub Minar, Dilli Haat, Secretariat, IIT, AIIMS, Hauz Khas are 20-30 minutes away. The self-sufficient Gautam Nagar market - good enough for essential shopping, medicals, or street-food indulgence - is just a chappal-stroll away from the apartment. Popular food-delivery services like Swiggy and Zomato deliver conveniently to our location.
