Kjartan D is a premium host and has a long history of welcoming guests to their temporary Icelandic homes. Birta Rentals is a family business established in 2013 and has been growing steadily since.

Property info

Our house has two floors, on the ground floor you have 3 bedrooms, bathroom with nice shower, TV room and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Master bedroom has King size bed (180x200cm), second bedroom has bunk bed for 3 people, lower level with double bed (140x200cm) and upper level with single bed (90x200m), third bedroom has two single beds. In the 1st floor we have bathroom, living room / tv room, our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need, from the living room you enter our patio with BBQ grill

Neighborhood info

A beautiful, bright and spacious house, located in a family friendly street /neighbourhood in the capital city area. Only 4km drive to downtown Reykjavik. Golf Club Seltjarnarnes is close by and also Grótta Island lighthouse. Our house is very well located, close by you have grocery store, bakery, shopping center, gym and swimming pool. The apartment is close to the ocean and there is a popular walking / bike path that you can use to go into the center of Reykjavik or to Lighthouse Grótta, which at is a popular place to see the Northern Lights when the weather conditions are right. A little further you will end in Nauthólsvík Geothermal beach, there is a very nice restaurant / cafe called Nauthóll.
