Our newly renovated apartment is located on the seafront, a minute's walk from the Riva Ponente beach. Furthermore, the location is ideal for visiting nearby towns such as Sestri Levante, Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, Camogli, Moneglia, Levanto and the Cinque Terre. A few meters from the center of Riva Trigoso and all services. Possibility to use a private garage nearby with an extra cost. The apartment, located on the first floor of a Ligurian-style building without lift, has a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, fridge and freezer, hob with electric hobs, oven, utensils and crockery, kettle and coffee maker. The cozy living area is equipped with a sofa bed for two people and a TV. Furthermore, the apartment offers a modern double bedroom complete with abajours with USB port and a comfortable bathroom with toilet and shower. From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the beach. We offer bed linen and towels, provided according to the number of people in the reservation. We also provide guests with a washing machine, a drying rack, an ironing board and an iron for laundry. During the summer period, a portable fan is available to refresh the environment, while during the winter months it is possible to take advantage of the independent heating with radiators. Hi, we are PMC, holiday home managers in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! We provide check-in service by our professional staff: he or she will contact you to arrange your arrival time, they will show you the house and hand over the keys. You can contact them or us directly for any information or requirement. We will be at your disposal during your stay. The bed linen and towels are provided by us and included in the price. Check out will usually be done before 10 am. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 1 EURO/day per person (up to 7 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional persons to those declared: we usually ask 10 Euros per night for each additional person. 3) Check-in and Check-out outside the permitted hours is often allowed, with prior agreement and paying an extra cost of 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (6-9 pm, early check-in before 3 pm), for later times, if it is possible for us to organize, the figure could be higher.
The fraction of Riva Trigoso is part of the city of Sestri Levante and is about two kilometers from the center of this. The excellent location of the accommodation allows you to have everything you may need just a few meters from you: in fact, in Riva Trigoso there are all the services and in addition to the equipped free beaches or bathing establishments and the pleasant promenade, you will find bars, excellent bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, tobacconists, pharmacies and shops for all your needs. At 200 meters from the apartment there is a bus stop where the line that connects Riva to the center and Sestri station passes by, if you are traveling by public transport then the house is easily accessible. Riva Trigoso is also an ideal destination for trekking and nature lovers with various paths that wind along the hills and promontories overlooking the sea from which to enjoy incredible views surrounded by the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub.
