Peony apartment is composed of a large living room with a cooking area, a bedroom and two bathrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people. The kitchen is part of the large living area: we have paid great attention to the choice of appliances: you will have at your complete disposal BOSCH induction plates, and a WHIRLPOOL microwave, useful for defrosting, but also for the preparation of quick dishes, along with a complete set of pots and utensils. The colorful SMEG refrigerator will dye every meal, it will be a joy just to gather around the table. We have also thought about your breakfast: here nothing is missing! Toaster, kettle, juicer and Nespresso coffee machine. You will find a relaxation area, with a large and comfortable sofa, which if necessary turns into a comfortable double bed (160cm wide), a comfortable armchair, a Smart TV where you can login to the main streaming portals NETFLIX, PRIME VIDEO and YOUTUBE. An ideal solution to relax snuggled under a blanket after a day spent admiring the many beauties of Rome. The apartment also offers a balcony equipped with a deckchair and a small table, ideal to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset. It continues with the large bedroom (21 sqm) consisting of a king-size double bed (180×200), equipped with a DORELAN mattresses and a fantastic memory topper, a single bed (90×200), a large closet with 4 doors with a safe and a first aid kit, a Smart TV, and practical USB sockets to recharge your electronic devices. The apartment has two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite; the two bathrooms, complete, are equipped with a large shower (150×100) that is in common for the 2 bathrooms; don't worry about privacy, it will be guaranteed by the totally opaque windows! This is a pet friendly apartment, please notify because there is a supplement. The parking indicated on the street is free but is absolutely not connected to the property and is not guaranteed. The structure is inside a building with concierge, is located on the third floor, is equipped with armored doors. Please notify your preferences regarding the arrangement of the beds within 48 hours before arrival, if we do not receive this information, the standard set-up will be made based on the number of guests in the reservation. Same-day bedding is not guaranteed and an additional charge may be required. Please keep in mind that in this type of apartments there is no cleaning service during your stay or linen change. If you need it you can request at least 24 hours in advance but supplements may apply. Please keep the keys to the apartment carefully. In case of loss you will be charged. As for the paid parking not on site, it is only on request and the amount to be paid is per night (all details after booking) Thanks to the bus lines and the taxi station located in Piazza Pio XI, you can reach the city center with its attractions in around 20/30minutes. To get to St. Peter's Square that is just 2 km away from our apartment, you can take a walk along via Gregorio VII, known throughout the world as a furniture district, and visit the showrooms of the best-known Italian brands in interior architecture. We are 10 minutes walking from the stop of the metro line A "Valle Aurelia" that will get you in the city center within few minutes, remember to switch line in Termini station in case you want to reach the Coliseum with the metro! In a short time it is possible to reach the San Carlo di Nancy hospital and the Villa Betania nursing home. Don't forget that one of the largest green lungs in the city, Villa Pamphili, is just a few minutes from your apartment. We recommend that you take a tour on foot or by bicycle and it can be an excellent idea to let your children play in the equipped areas and to let your four-legged friend run around. With just one bus, you can also reach EUR district, the most modern part of the city where you can find the lake, the Museum of Roman Civilization and the famous Fuksas Cloud complex.
