Fattoria Il Piano is a winery with family-run agritourism activity that produces artisanal wines, extra virgin olive oil and an excellent vinsanto according to the most ancient traditions. The farmhouse and the vineyards have been lovingly tended by the Carlesi - Zucconi family since they were purchased in 1973 by Pietro Carlesi. Today, his children and grandchildren continue to manage the estate, devoting their passion and energy to the production of fine wines, single estate extra virgin olive oil and to welcome all guests who want to immerse themselves in the prestigious Tuscan tradition.

Fattoria Il Piano is located in a wonderful and peaceful position overlooking San Gimignano. The farmhouse is surrounded by generous vineyards and lush countryside and consists of the main villa with the adjoining private chapel and two typical Tuscan farmhouses, Casa Bugno and Casa Tosca, renovated into comfortable apartments. The Il Piano farmhouse is immersed in gardens in bloom and unforgettable fragrance and boasts a relaxing and panoramic swimming pool, the pride of the structure, available to all guests. Another jewel of "Il Piano" is the characteristic wine shop, a meeting point for personalized tours of the vineyards and cellars. Guests can be enchanted by tasting excellent glasses of wine being seated on a tasting deck with its idyllic breathtaking view of the ancient towers of San Gimignano. The Carlesi and Zucconi Families invite you to enjoy an unforgettable experience in their majestic estate in the heart of Tuscany.

The Il Piano holiday farmhouse is located a few minutes from San Gimignano where you can visit the museums, the Duomo, the Rocca di Montestaffoli and admire the imposing medieval towers after take a walk along the historic walls. There are numerous restaurants along the main street San Giovanni, which then becomes San Matteo, where you can taste the most typical Tuscan dishes. Furthermore, San Gimignano offers shops for the wildest shopping choosing from shops with typical products and refined boutiques.
