Amazing apartment in Duomo

The apartment is lovely, very comfortable & in a convenient location. Just what we were looking for. The cleaning however is of a very low standard. The shower was very dirty & the amount of mould & soap build up tells me it has not been cleaned properly for a very long time. It needs a good scrub with bleach! Wall above bed head needs a clean too. Also 3 coffee pods for 2 people for 3 nights doesn’t even allow 1 coffee each per day. No sugar either. I would urge you to please improve your cleaning practices as it really is a great place to stay & it would be a shame to see the ratings get lower simply because of lazy cleaning. All that said, we still had a lovely stay in Milan, the apartment is great (except the cleanliness), the people of Milan are great, the city is wonderful & thank you for your prompt communication.
