Sheets, mattresses, pillows, towels and bathrobes are of the best Italian quality. The availability of the fiber optic internet connection (FTTH) also makes it ideal for smart working sessions and allows the use of the streaming services of the smart TV. The large rooftop windows have manual and electric blackout curtains to allow maximum comfort while you sleep. The apartment is located along the ancient Roman Cardo and given its central location is at short distance from Universities, Theaters, Civic Museums, Galleria Parmeggiani, Spazio Gerra, Istituto Musicale Peri, Palazzo da Mosto, Chiostri di San Domenico and Palazzo Magnani. In the neighborhood there are typical restaurants and bistros, a historic pastry shop just below the house, several pubs, supermarkets, and the new "eat & meet" market. The apartment is well served by the urban line of the Minibus "H" and "M" which has a stop in the small square of the church nearby the house. It is also easily reachable by car without a Limited Traffic Zone permit and in the immediate vicinity, about 100 meters away, there is a large automated car park accessible with toll from 7.30 to 24.00, while after 24.00 the car park is free (it is still necessary to collect the ticket at the entrance to allow the opening of the gate).
